In cooperation with values-aligned organizations and industry partners, UFO provides targeted microgrants, subsidized film equipment rentals,  and in-kind production and post-production services.

Our inaugural grant partner is The Future of Film is Female (FOFIF), a nonprofit advancing gender parity in the film industry by supporting the production, exhibition, and promotion of all women and non-binary filmmakers. In addition to production grants, the FOFIF has developed relationships with New York-based vendors, Nice Shoes and Heard City, to provide in-kind post-production services. 

Grants will be made available through an open submission process. Our inaugural grant opportunities and further details will be announced in late summer/early fall 2023.
